Employee credit
Employees may take food on credit at the café and all its outlets. Their accounts are shared: a charge at any outlet lands on the same statement. They settle on the 1st and 16th, when salaries are paid.
Statement shows everything since the last full settlement. Charges come from the till and the orders desk when "Employee credit" is chosen.
The PIN is what the employee types on the outlet's time clock to confirm a pick-up with a selfie.
