Stock is deducted automatically when the kitchen marks an order Done (status "Ready"), using the recipes tab. Use Receive when a delivery arrives, Waste for spoilage, and Count to correct to what's actually on the shelf.

Pull out stock
Groceries come from 528 Minimart; meat, fish and supplies from Café Fortunata or the Main Canteen. Every pull-out is billed to this location at cost (see Books: Accounts with other locations). Their stock goes down, yours goes up.
Send cooked food to another outlet
For food cooked here and sold elsewhere. Enter the servings and what each serving cost to make; the other outlet's books record it as their cost of goods.
